Talking with Q of the States, she asked us when Albion foundations expires.
Aha?
I see! I had seen this mark, but did not understands what it means.
It means it is good through 24 months or 12 months.
There are other, 6M or something I had seen before.
Before showing there are rarely open marks in Japanese cosmetics, what one of the Albion BCs told me.
She told that the tubed foundation of Albion Excia AL Superior Cream Foundation will be good for 3 years or so. Emulsion foundation of Excia AL Cool / Moist Emulsion Compact VX will be 2 years or so, but she recommends to finish asap. The most importance is hygiene, especially the puff/ sponge.
OK, let me show you Japanese.

Fancl
I found Fancl has “something”, and it means when they produce, on the picture above, they produced this emulsion on 3rd of March, 2016. It will be expired 1 year later when you do not open, and it will be expired 60 days later after you open it.
SUQQU
SUQQU Blend Color Eyeshadow
There are some items with “open” mark on SUQQU. On SUQQU Blend Color Eyeshadoe #EX22 Yukiichigo, limited for Christmas kit 2014, there is a mark of “open”, but #21 Yoihagi, new for AW2015, there are nothing.
In both eyeshadows, there are creamy eyeshadow (in #EX22), or creamy eyeshadow primer (in #21).
I opened it on Nov of 2014, I guess it is already expired. I do not use this creamy part, I like waterproof eyeliners.
Anyway, do you use creamy/ liquid things for more than 1 year? Hmm, I do not think it is good for your skin condition!
