In Oil Rich Glow Loose powder is full of glitters, there are also glitters in this Sheer Loose Powder.
I don’t think you see how it is shimmering. It is a shimmering face powder. When you have a matte/ semi-matte foundation, and make it radiant, you ca use those products to change the finish.
